Question: How long does it take for delivery? Answer: From the date of payment, fulfillment and delivery can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. We always recommend having your order completed one month prior to the date you want CarePackages on doorsteps.

Question: How do you choose the products? Answer: We have a dedicated team who finds only the best products our creative and diverse community has to offer here in the U.S. Our vendors are eco-friendly, health conscious, and most even donate a percentage of proceeds to charities around the country!

Question: How do I share the list of addresses with you? Answer: Simply send your CSV file to your designated Engagement Advisor and we will securely handle it from there.

Question: Can I use wellness funds to pay for my CarePackages? Answer: CarePackages are reimbursable by most major health plans, ask your health plan or broker for specific details.

Question: Can I customize what is in my CarePackage? Answer: Absolutely. We have our set themed curations available or you can work with your Engagement Advisor to pick from product categories to create the perfect combination.

Question: How do I customize my insert card and landing page messaging? Answer: Your Engagement Advisor will use your logo and preferred messaging. We can also provide samples and options to help get you started!

Question: How do I remit payment? Answer: We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate check options are also available.
