Thank you for signing up to participate in Rubrik's March for Pride Wellness Challenge, a month-long virtual march for organizations supporting the LGBTQIA+ community! Rubrik has partnered with CultureCare to deliver you, as a registered participant in this June wellness challenge, this specially curated CarePackage. The items were specially chosen from small, diverse, and inclusive businesses to celebrate Pride as well as promote holistic wellbeing with healthy snacks, self-care, and mindfulness.

Wellness Benefits that Consider Your Unique Needs

At Rubrik, we strive to build education and awareness so our LGBTQIA+ community feels safe, advocated for, accepted, and celebrated. This is why we are thrilled to highlight some of our U.S.-specific benefit programs that could directly impact you & your loved ones!

Madagascar, Mozambique, or Nicaragua? 

CultureCare plants one tree for every CarePackage sent.

In this challenge, sync activity from your device with MoveSpring. Whether you walk, run, bike, and everything in between, your mileage, steps, or activity converted to miles will unlock milestones, and in the end, earn donations for an LGBTQIA+ charitable organization and/or prizes for you and your teammates!

Prism has thoughtfully selected the following team charities:

Work to achieve an average total of 100 miles by the end of the challenge and help earn your Team’s Charity their donation! That’s just a little over 3 miles a day!

 

At the completion of the challenge:

 

  • All teams with an average distance of 100 miles at the end of the challenge: A charitable donation will be made from Rubrik Beyond Work (RBW) of $1,000 to the team’s specific charity.

  • Top Team with highest total distance: An additional donation of $5,000 will be made to the team’s charity!

  • Team with highest total distance: Active team members will also be rewarded individually with $50 additional Forma Wellness Wallet funds (non-active, non-syncing participants will not be awarded)

  • Top three individual participants with the greatest distance achieved: Participants will receive $250 each in a Blueboard experience.

  • Top three individual participants with the greatest step count: Participants will receive $250 in a Blueboard experience.

  • An individual will not be rewarded twice. In the case of an individual achieving both greatest distance and greatest steps, the next highest individual in either category will be granted the prize. This allows for runners and cyclists alike to potentially win! If you were a Blueboard reward recipient during the Spring into Wellness Challenge you are ineligible to win Blueboard rewards under the March for Pride Challenge.

Prism is Rubrik’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Community (also commonly referred to as an Employee Resource Group) for LGBTQIA+ Rubrikans and allies. Prism has two missions: (1) to create a safe space within Rubrik for queer community members to share, learn and grow, and (2) to provide continuous education to our community allies on all things LGBTQIA+. Prism hosts and participates in a range of events from Happy Hours to Pride Marches to Queer Tech trade shows and everything in between. In Prism, there is a place for everyone with an open mind and an open heart.

  • Ginger offers on-demand, confidential emotional support through coaching for you and your family members aged 18 or older via text-based chats and self-guided activities—all from the privacy of your smartphone, within seconds. You can chat with your coach whenever you need to, 24/7 – while you’re going to work or in line getting coffee – it’s chat-based, so no one will overhear your conversation.   • With UMR as our U.S. health plan administrator, Rubrik expanded the HDHP and PPO medical plans to align with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care! The goal for aligning our UMR HDHP and PPO medical plans with WPATH is to ensure that Rubrik's transgender team members are provided with safe and effective pathways to achieving lasting personal comfort with their gendered selves, in order to maximize their overall health, psychological well-being, and self-fulfillment. 

  • For the purposes of Rubrik’s Family Care Leave policy, an immediate family member includes parents-in-law, grandparents, and siblings in addition to partners/spouses, child(ren), and parents. The definition of “parents” also includes “in loco parentis”, or someone that was a parental figure in absence of parents or legal guardians.   • Carrot is an inclusive fertility and family-forming benefit helping Rubrikans and their partners pursue any journey to parenthood. Unlike many plans that require a medical diagnosis of infertility, benefits through Carrot ensures equitable access to quality care without a diagnosis and regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation or marital status. This includes education, fertility treatment, fertility planning, IVF/IUI, genetic testing, adoption, surrogacy, and fertility preservation. Eligible expenses can be reimbursed at 100% up to $25,000 per lifetime per employee/household.

  • Rubrik offers you and your eligible family members access to licensed counselors through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided through Lincoln. You can contact the EAP for help and referrals for a variety of life’s challenges including stress, anxiety, or depression; family problems; substance abuse; aging parents; child care searches; college prep information; or healthy habits.
