Guardian EAP (Employee Assistance Program)

EAP is a confidential support line designed to assist with a variety of everyday issues, as well as unexpected personal, financial, and legal matters. It covers a wide array of issues such as parenting, education, legal, life advice, and healthy living. Our employees receive a referral to a counselor through the EAP will also receive 3 free sessions.

Free Virtual Yoga

Forter offers 2 virtual yoga classes per month led by a certified instructor.

Hey there! I’m Tiffany - a corporate yoga coach with a passion for sharing simple techniques to manage stress and improve range of motion.

After spending years stressed out from corporate jobs in Information Technology and event management, I knew something had to change.

Yoga helped me cultivate awareness of what was working and what wasn’t (in my body, mind and life), then gave me the tools I needed to take action towards a better version of me. This meant cleaning up my nutrition, meditating for mental clarity, managing my migraine attacks and using my physical practice to improve strength and flexibility.
